Counter Sales Associate
City Floor Supply is looking for a customer service/inside sales representative with prior hardwood flooring installation or sales experience to work our sales counter.
Duties will include checking customers out, taking orders over the phone, following up on quotes, answering customer’s technical questions, walking customers around the showroom, and chipping in where help is needed.
City Floor Supply (CFS) is a family-owned and operated business with a national reach. In business for more than 25 years, we offer a variety of hardwood and sport flooring products and serve clients throughout the United States.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of the hardwood floor industry and products
- Installation or sales experience is preferred
- Moderate computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn more
