Our 8th annual Nailer Day, held on March 15th of this year, was a great success!
Every year we host our Nailer Day event to provide a day of fun for local contractors, allowing them to compete, network, and meet with sales reps from companies like Bona, Primatech, WOCA, Norton, Aacer, and more.
This year’s event featured several giveaways of prizes from our sponsors, including a Primatech P250 ALR nailer, an Oneida Dust Deputy, and a Carhartt jacket from Bona.
Attendees also received free labor on nailer repairs and were provided with a free catered lunch.
This year, we livestreamed the last 4 hours of the event on Facebook so that people who aren’t local or couldn’t make it were able to tune in and watch! Click here to view our livestream of the event.
Fastest Nailer in the East 2018
The highlight of the day, as always, was the Fastest Nailer in the East contest. This competition measures contractors’ ability to nail down 18 square feet of Aacer 2-1/4″ red oak select floors in the least amount of time while adhering as closely as possible to NWFA standards. Mistakes add penalties to the competitors’ times.
The stakes for the competition are high, with the prize for first place being $500 in cash and a ton of bragging rights.
