Almost a year after the fire we suffered in May of 2015, we are resuming counter sales at our new location in King of Prussia on Monday, March 28th! Counter sales were a staple at our old location, so this will once again make it convenient for local contractors to pick up the materials they need.
We have spent the past few weeks working hard to get everything prepared for Monday, so we’re excited to announce that it’s finally time to welcome our customers back.
We were able to resume shipping nationally and start sending out deliveries to customers in the tri-state area within a few weeks after the fire, but counter sales were not immediately reinstated because we had to secure a new location and begin construction in the new headquarters.
We have tried to compensate for the lack of counter sales since the fire by getting all hands on deck to deliver even the smallest of orders to our local clients.
Since we are ahead of schedule on constructing other aspects of the new headquarters, we figured why not open it up to contractors, who have been patiently waiting for the day when they can walk back in and pick up the hardwood floor supplies they need.
We are still constructing other aspects of the new headquarters, including the Machine Repair Shop, portions of the Pro Shop, and our administrative offices.
A formal grand opening celebration is scheduled for mid-May, so stay tuned for details.
In the meantime, we look forward to seeing our local customers again! We thank you for your continued support and patience over the past 10 months as we’ve rebuilt our business.
